The method Alua Arthur Aids Thousands of Students Redefine the concept of death

Alua Aruthur's unique founder's journey started on a bus trip in Cuba. Soon after she was diagnosed as having a depressive disorder that was clinical and a decision to quit her job in law, Alua found herself sitting next to a woman who was suffering from a cancer of the uterus that was terminal. It was not clear that what was going to transpire during conversations took place between them. It would forever alter her life for ever.

"I am able to ask her many questions about death, the kind of questions that you wouldn't have to ask someone you aren't familiar with and but she was honest with me. The conversation lasted for hours on the things she feared and what she was scared to lose, as well as regrets over things she could do differently during her life," Alua recalls.

"Coming off the conversation, I began to wonder how I didn't engage with my partner with meaningful discussions about deaths in my 34 years of life. The more I thought about it, the more I considered, "I'd like to change that.'"

When she returned to America, United States, Alua threw herself into aiding others in the planning process for their deaths. Lawyer by trade, she recognized that she was not looking to work into the health field or social work. Though psychology wasn't the field she was looking for, she decoded to enroll into a program in psychology which specifically focused on death and spirituality. But shortly after completing her studies the brother of her was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

"I had the opportunity to assist him during the last two months of his existence. I was with him each and every day, as well as away from the living room, or on the ground doing errands, taking patients from hospitals, taking medicines, in addition to carrying out the research necessary" she recounts.

"I began to become increasingly dissatisfied with the fact that there was nobody I could contact who could provide these answers to our questions or at a minimum, someone outside of our circle of contacts who could be able to recognize the problem was facing us. In those moments I decided, If I did not have the answer I'd invented it."

This realization led to Moving with Grace funeral doula's educational and approach to the final days of life. The goal is to expand and redefine the concept of death by utilizing the personal memories to create the basis.

Alua receives over 1800 people into the "End of Life Life Training Program," and has accumulated more than 15,000 new customers to her newsletter and earned $2.5 million of sales. Here's how she achieved this feat.

Personal experience with her company's mission

From the very beginning, Alua has been intentional in allowing Going With Grace to originate from her personal space. It is her belief that, despite many trying to differentiate between their the two they are one and the same.

"How you appear in your home will reveal the way you conduct yourself professionally. The project was always a individual project for me. I was determined to correct the issues I was struggling to conquer since my death. The idea behind Going With Grace was born within that context ."

The personal experiences of Alua has allowed her to take on the role of her clients in a different way- she knew the needs of her clients before they even knew about her offerings.

"The death process is very lonely. It was the main objective to ensure that patients don't feel isolated when they face these difficulties. It's not enough for it to be daunting regardless of the top doctor and the most effective help system. It's overwhelming ."

The author of the book goes on to explain: "The mission of Going With Grace helps people find the answer to the "What should I do in order to be at peace with myself, in order to remain fully present and die without a hitch? No matter what the answers of a person are, we'll be there to help those who need help. Sometimes it's about healing relationships , or talking about death fears or seeking out the principles people want to live by. The main aim is helping people discover the values that matter to them ."

Her message was in line to her normal, private messages.

As it came time to turn her personal messaging into a commercial marketing campaign, Alua stuck to her home base. Alua designed her website for a particular objective that is to grant the possibility of discussing grieving and loss with no censorship.

"When I realized that such a space didn't exist, I was determined to build it since I was convinced that someone other person was looking for the space. Perhaps it was one of one million but I'm confident that some another person has had the same experience as my own," she says.

"As the result of this thinking process, my marketing changed organically, which is probably why people resonated with it very strongly."

However, Alua discovered that her organic messages will only go in the direction of a certain amount without constant messaging.

"When there's the ignition of something within the person that's not an ideal thing, there's something to be said about it. The flame's intensity is not yours, but it's your job to ignite the fire. If you're consistently passionate about and talking about the same topics In time, you'll have a good chance of ."

     In the initial phase of her launch Alua could also recognize the importance of being true and authentic to who she is. At first she wasn't aware of her identity, but by focusing on her own self and her own self-image, she could boost her authority and credibility.

"One important element in branding and marketing is to stay in the present and being true to your identity. My personality isn't quiet and serene or an individual, but we are prone to believe that we should talk about and play around with issues concerning death and the deceased. In my unapologetic appearance, I was able to draw attention from my friends ."

When she first started doing this, Alua started posting one-minute videos on social media which focused on her own experiences as well as her purpose statement as well as the course online she was planning to develop. Before, Alua had pre-sold 57 subscriptions before she started to create the course. And, not only that but her list of 400 email addresses started growing rapidly.

"I was convinced that maybe 10 people would sign up. Then, I realized I had an intention to do this ."

Once she had established her intended audience, Alua began to put her ideas around the difficult design of her very first course online, titled 'The The Art of Dying'. Similar to many course designers, she created a basic outline that she encapsulated into every single section.

"It was very helpful to contemplate the different kinds of blocks of information my students required at specific moments throughout the course. I would think, 'Here's the basis. " This is the sole aspect which got me thinking about my concept. When I first began my quest, I looked for a long duration to find an online platform for learning but none was available or accessible enough. She has incorporated her own voice into her classes

Alongside the introduction of this new curriculum, Alua has taken the initiative of that her own style and personality show through her online classes.
