"I found myself attracted to the business by my wife Alejandro and a different aspect of Magicoders is the fact that we work in every project we work on in tandem," starts Tamara, co-founder of Magicoders. Alejandro was pursuing his dream job with Siemens which is an German technology business. He was elevated to the position of Director of regional offices for Latin America, but he was looking to change jobs. "Corporate job wasn't ideal for the man. He was a blind man in the dark and absorbed the knowledge that had been developed by Siemens in the last 20 years." She goes on.
"We started our own company through remote work prior to when it was necessary to describe how you work!" She smiles. "After the disease, nearly everyone is aware. However, our company has been operating since over 15 years."
Tamara and Alejandro Tamara and Alejandro provide WordPress development services, even at a time when WordPress was not widely used. They began working on platforms that link freelancers with customers. The first platform they collaborated with was Elancer after which, as they gained the knowledge they acquired and proved their worth, they moved onto more expensive platforms like Codeable.
"I took care of the marketing and management of the project and began to develop slowly, to the point at which we are now each developing," she adds. It was, however, not the most current versions of Magicoders. "We have been thinking about working out of Uruguay as well as Argentina and also from different countries with families and acquaintances that are from Brazil with access to the internet. We'd decided that this was something we wanted to do, and continued to do it till we were freelancers full-time" She reflects.
Services, products and work examples
Magicoders concentrate on WordPress as well as membership sites, but they also offer "pretty all the things in between from complete site design to specific tasks" she says. One of the areas in which Magicoders be successful is when it comes to intricate and multifaceted projects that involve a lot of moving elements.
"Plugins require interaction with one. When something occurs within one plugin, it's likely to occur in another. plugin. However, this may not happen in every situation. It's our responsibility to discover the bridges and then the connections to them." Tamara explains. "We are able to connect all things."
Magicoders build "mini-systems" connecting different components to each other. As your website gets bigger and more complex, the greater variety of plugins that you can have and the greater number of moving parts that need to communicate with each other. This could cause issues.

"WordPress development is different from other systems in which a single entity is accountable for each component. It is the case that in WordPress each plugin can be developed by a different company and, consequently, there's a chasm between the hyperlinks. We work out ways to modify them to make them perform exactly what they're intended to perform."
"We're building a membership-based website in the moment and is integrated into the social network plugin. Our customer must be able to use specific features only when subscribers are present, however, BuddyBoss is not an choice to sign up. It is our policy to make sure that you are capable of accessing certain functions when you're enrolled in an active subscription. We created a backend platform that lets users access the subscriber lists and also options that let users remove themselves from subscriptions." Tamara continues.
Magicoders Magicoders collaborate with Elasticsearch specifically in order to assist massive websites. It also supports API integrations. If you have an existing WordPress website, and also an email database, each when people sign up as active subscribers gives you the chance to forward that information into the CRM.

"We have a customer of ours that uses audio-based podcasts. We have been hired by him to alter the manner in which Podcast RSS feed displays content. Podcast RSS feed displays the content of the name and description with a fluid manner dependent on who the subscriber is," she says. When you're subscribed you'll be able to view content that is protected, and if not, you will not have access to access it. But, in this situation Magicoders must be secured to make all content accessible to each person in specific scenarios in addition to allowing anyone access to content which is secure in specific circumstances. "We're currently working on developing sites that allow membership through certain ways," she says.
It is our opinion that certain subscription-based plugins within the WordPress ecosystem are excellent they generally cost no money, however, they're not able for customization and also remain in communication with other plugins. "This is the area where Magicoders can assist! Along with WooCommerce sites that are membership-based are our forte," she smiles.
An alternative example could be the AndroidIntel.net client of AndroidIntel.net that had a distinct requirement: every time users signed up and logged in, a counter began noting the amount of time to each person who used certain features. Magicoders created a live map of their travels: "She had built this design of a roadmap with diverse colors and icons that were later able to see the design she believed in."
The future of Magicoders
"We are planning a fantastic initiative in the works to build an enormous membership site. It's having trouble keeping up with the activity on their servers, therefore we'll make use of the external SaaS solution (in this instance ) to manage all of the interactions that would be managed by the WordPress server, as well as to eliminate the issue." Tamara and Alejando will be also moving the podcast of their clients to an exclusive feed so the media company will be able to monetize the high-quality podcast.

We're extremely interested in listening to our customers ' needs. We approach our work with a sense of humor and pride ourselves on dealing various issues and finding how to go about it," she adds.
We agree that, when there are many involved components within an endeavor, if in a hurry, you may complicate the process even more. "Actually the most important thing to accomplish is to minimize the quantity of work needed so that the process is easy to the customer purchasing the product," she concludes by smiling.
