We've just launched an impressive new set of metrics and analytics experience which can help you tackle the tough questions you need to answer in order to improve your company, as well as surprise data geeks and beginners alike.

No worries about metrics tracking

In the realm of the metrics you're tracking, it's best to keep them simple. So to make sense of the noise We've compiled five key membership-centric metrics and displaying these in an easy-to-understand manner that you are able to focus on membership growth and retention.

Worry-free metrics tracking

Here's what we're tracking: ( expanded / new)

  • The monthly recurring income is the single most crucial metric used by the business of membership. It is the answer to the question: How much money can I expect to make? Our metrics now provide the rationale that they are there (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue tells you how much money you made this month (minus refunds) and also where it was derived from.
  • Members who pay allows you to explore the amount of monthly members on your account- and the changes which affect that number.
  • Churn indicates how much that you've lost -- voluntary or involuntary along with the amount churned.
  • Trials displays the number of members who have decided to continue with a recurring membership after the trial has ended.

Review metrics from different plans

We've designed a separate overview of each of the five metrics. We've also provided the ability to easily compare MRR Paying Members, Net Revenue and Churn across five plans: Easily see what's working, what's not, and where to double down.

Get to the bottom of the story

Click any value on a table, and we'll direct you to the calendar for that month and display a list of data elements that comprise the entire data point. In the example above, if you were to add new members contributed $1500 to your MRR during June, you'll be able to view MRR that is charted, sorted by day of June, as well as a list of related members.
