Seventh grade teacher earns $25,000 in first year offering online classes

It's well known that teachers face tons of challenges however, you might be surprised by how widespread these issues are. According to a 2022 National Education Association survey that found nearly three-quarters of teachers feel that schools are short staff and are forced to pick up the extra work. In some schools, up to 25% of the personnel supporting them were sick at a time during the Omicron wave of late 2021. Teachers and schools had a limited staff to educate students. The impact of the decreased workforce is that teachers must do more and with less funds.

Middle school science and math educator Asia Hines has first-hand experience with these struggles. In the wake of the epidemic, she noted that teachers from the community were forced to adapt to an increasingly technological approach to teaching and attempting to fill any gaps in their education. And as the survey shows it, when they returned to traditional classrooms teachers were left with fewer resources to lean on.

During her six years of experience, Asia honed her skills in the creation of resources that she could use in her classes. They were useful when addressing her learners' gaps in learning. She made available her resources for education with her community of teachers before deciding to make money from.

She recounted "After I started sharing my process of creating materials for classrooms on Instagram, I started getting bombarded with inquiries concerning the process by whichI created the materials. Then I started thinking of ways to help. Even though creating a digital course was in my mind for months the first thing I thought of was to create a free Zoom course. When one of my colleagues said, 'you should be charging for it the class!', at that point, the concept of the creation of resources made Easy was born!"

Q: What milestones or achievements have you achieved ?
 A My earnings have been 25.000 dollars in sales since starting in the last year and have grown my email list to more than 5000 teachers.
 
 Q: What do you intend to accomplish in the coming year to expand your knowledge business?
 A I plan to start using affiliates and create more digital products!
 
 Question:What is the biggest influence it has had to your business and entrepreneurial path?
 A Being a full time classroom teacher and business owner and business owner, it is crucial to establish systems. It has helped me establish systems that will help my business run just like a well-oiled machine! The cost was daunting at first however, it's completely worthwhile!
