Remembering that People (Not Machines) Power the Internet The Internet is powered by people -

Are you involved with a transaction on the internet that did not meet your expectation?
It's possible that the seller hasn't shipped the product you ordered.
Maybe it came too late.
Or broken.
You might have purchased a program but it didn't work correctly.
We've all had some "less-than-perfect" online purchasing experience through our lives. Despite the difference in setup, the same problems that plague brick-and-mortar shops also affect online businesses in the present.
There is a major difference the fact that, if there's something that's not happy in a real enterprise, we're able to go into the issue and start talking about the problem with employees. The process is not so straightforward when dealing with business on the internet.
The energy of business online actually reminds me of how people feel in their vehicles. Quickly, the vehicles on the street don't seem like people they're "machines". It is a source of anger when "that car" cuts us off or is speeding , or honks its horn towards us. It's hard to keep in mind that there is a person within the vehicle that is in reality identical to us.
It doesn't mean you must be a part of everything being discussed, and certainly there is no need to endure personal abuse. Respecting others simply means treating them the same way you would be treated as if they were sitting right next to you in the shop.
