We've released a brand new Offers API to allow users to display cross-sell, upsell additional offers, add-ons and other opportunities to buyers in every customer interaction.
Tax Exemption Updates in Digital Invoicing
Now, users are able to add a tax exemption ID to any quote created in the App and from through the Quotes API. The change is applicable to any country that tax collection is conducted.
Refreshed Zip Coding Requirements applicable to North America
In the USA and Canada Users will be required to input postal codes and zip codes in addition to. This will allow us to more accurately validate tax exemption numbers during the process when creating quotes. This is applicable to quotations generated by the user as well as quotes generated by end-customers of users.
Expanded Support for Tax Exemption in Orders coming from Japan
Users making sales within Japan can now input the JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions. They will receive an 0% tax rate. They can also declare the tax directly in the reverse-change accounting.
