The API for Offers has been updated. API to Offers which lets users offer cross-sells, upsells, other offers, add-ons and other promotions to customers in every interaction with their customers.

Tax Exemption Updates for Digital Invoicing

The App allows users to create the tax-free ID for any quote made through the App or via it's Quotes API. This change applies to all countries that support the new policies and also has tax collection capabilities.

New Zip Coding Requirements for Zip Coding in North America

The same applies to the USA in addition to Canada Both in Canada and in the USA the customers are required to input postal codes, or zip codes. This allows us to determine more accurately the tax exemption code when creating quotations. This is applicable to customer generated quotations, as well as the quotes made by the customers who are considered to be end-customers.

Support for expanded tax-free purchases that are made in Japan

The customers who sell to Japan can now input JCT tax identification numbers JCT tax IDs when they make B2B purchases. Customers will pay the cheapest tax rate which is less than 5, and will report it directly to an accounting system accounting which uses reverse change.
