We've introduced a new API called Offers which allows customers to present cross-sell, upsell discounts, add-ons or other promotions to buyers at every customer interaction.

Tax Exemptions Updates and Digital Invoicing

Users are now able to add a tax exemption ID on the quotations they create within the App as well as via using an API for Quotes. This change applies to all supported countries where tax collection is conducted.

Revised zip code requirements for North America

In the USA and Canada those who reside in both countries must fill in zip codes or postal codes respectively. This allows us to verify more precise tax exemption numbers in the creation process. This is applicable to quotations created by customers as well as quotes generated by users who are end-customers.

 Support for extended Tax exemption on orders coming out of Japan

People who make sales in Japan are now able to input an JCT tax ID in B2B transactions. Customers will receive the lowest price of 0% and declare taxes directly under back-to-back accounting.
