While many young people start their entrepreneurial journeys by selling snacks to their peers, Morgan Hipworth took his initial interest in food and cooking to the next step. Young founder of the popular Australian bakery Bistro Morgan, discovered a love in food through cooking shows around 7 years old. The age at which he was.

"I saw other teens watching the news pursuing their goals, and thought to myself, 'If they can do it, I can do it,'" Morgan says. Morgan put that belief into action "Each week, I'd prepare three dinners for my family, including my parents and my extended family and serve my own culinary delights to the table of my family," he says. "I expanded my customer base to extended relatives, as well as served freshly baked desserts for birthdays and other occasions." At age 13 He was asked to deliver the desserts to a restaurant in the vicinity. He also was responsible for his bakery's supplies and sweets.

Include customers in the narrative of the brand

"Being at a point to be able to share an entertaining story that draws customers is one of the key factors to creating a customer base," he says. "Connection is the primary aim as it is the primary factor for turning a client who is just a once-off to a long-term one who stays with you for years."
