The skateboarder and organizer of the community Briana King puts their passion for their sport and community over all else. Making a living out of those passions came organically for Briana since the way they describe it to "I've completed everything because of passion and enjoyment, not because I needed it to have something of any kind."

Discover about how Briana leverages their website and social media to stay connected with their skateboarding community both offline and online.

The creation of community by means of products

For Briana the website displays every aspect of their company on one page such as skate meets, items available for purchase, as well as connects to their vibrant community on social media.

"It gives me an outlet to show my projects and my future meetups," Briana describes their site, "but it also motivates me to explore innovative ways to think about ideas."

One of the ideas was to launch their store online which will offer skate-related products. Briana believes that these items are yet another method of connecting with their customers--by offering their people in the community "something that makes them smile or makes them smile."

Briana has also hired the services of a skateboarder to run the e-commerce business. "I believe we need to support the community in every possible way. Every action I take goes to my local community."
