Rio Vera-Newton has been offering advice on skincare through her writings for a long time. "When I completed studying at the college of estheticians, I realized that I was destined to create an organization that was more private and intimate" Rio says. "I was totally scared and I'm sure that many other people have felt the same way when they start an enterprise."

"When I started my first project, it was at the beginning and I wanted to be sure that I'd structured my consulting to be the most effective way feasible, and so I started by providing up to 20 free consultations my acquaintances prior to starting and soliciting them to provide me with any feedback," she adds. "Because having the information I needed I was in the capacity to overcome any difficulties once I had begun getting my first customers. It was crucial because it meant that once I launched my business, I had the ability to gain a lot of expertise and start my business with confidence."
