Yvette works full-time in the production of her debut graphic novel. The entire process is expected to take 1.5 years. The process will begin in 2021. Yvette got back to learning once more. While she is working to produce the debut graphic novel also has set time aside to study more about characters and background artwork. Thanks to the support of her audience her focus is completely on the creation of her graphic novelwhile working on posters for fan films and original illustrations.
What would you say about the style you prefer?
"I think my style to be a fusion of Western and Asian influences, with vintage and antique ambiance to it."
What's the secret to creating the most engaging illustrations?
"The main thing to do is bring characters to people who read them, while also executing well-thought out layouts and composition.
The most important thing is you must be disciplined to continue working with the novel every day and every single day to the point of completion."

"My Name is Yvette, I'm an illustrator who hails from Singapore.
I enjoy telling stories and exploring many different artistic mediums. I also like watching movies as well as music. You are likely to find as inspiration for my art."

The graphic novel of Yvette will be released on July 2022.
