Celebrating the best: Jon Tewes Receives the Q4 2023 Springie Award -

In the span of nine years, it's as little surprise Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Awards! Jon is an experienced Senior Solutions Architect who has consistently demonstrated the embodiment of 's principal values - Making an Impact, Look to understand, and act in Urgency through his approach to life with a strong focus on compassion and passion.

Jon's contribution to the company is obvious in the grounded relationships he has with supporting colleagues and customers. While taking time to work in the Amsterdam office, he effortlessly was in close contact with the whole team in the office, helping in building relationships over the distance. It included numerous dedicated 1:1 sessions with staff members from our sales team. This included AEs, SDRs and managers. The highlight of this worldwide collaboration was Jon's shift in his timetable to make the day earlier 4 weeks to personal instruct our sales engineer Marco Aguero. Marco was able to begin working with clients on his alone in just a few weeks as a direct result of this collaboration. Our Chief People Officer, Louise Cherry Barber, met (virtually) to chat with Jon about his recognition and time at .

Jon's commitment to his job and dedication to the company's principles have helped him become an essential part of the team. His positive attitude, willingness to help with problems and his ability to solve them are a major factor in life of coworkers as well as the overall performance of .

Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congratulations on winning our Springie award. This is much overdue. We hope you're somewhat shocked when we made the announcement.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amazed. We can count on as a teamwithin our PSI team, one of the greatest teams of people I've worked with, and to hear the things that they were saying about what I do was extremely moving. Yet, just as quickly, those exact same words can be turned around and aimed to each of them. All of us have each others backs. Anything that one of us do individually takes credit to do as a group whether it's good or not. When something isn't working, we're all there to come together to make things right. So I couldn't have done without them. They're very special to me, and, it's more than the award, absolutely. But the award definitely felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. And it was really special for me as an observer the team members being able to gather and share stories and your experiences. It's also great to hear that the team's importance can be for your overall experience here. If you consider this award, the Springie Award, and living by the principles of Making a Difference, Looking to Learn and acting in a timely manner, what advice do you give to the people -You've been here for almost nine years. How can you what do you do to live these principles? What are the best ways to apply them in your life?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked with many different organizations with various values. The values we've got currently eally mirror my own basic values. So not living them seems strange to me. This isn't a conscious decision to do, but something I try to achieve. It's just the way I live my everyday life. Making a difference, understanding that you must be adamant about the work you're doing are essential principles, which are the basis of the way I conduct my business each every day. It's true that we work closely with sellers who have been enrolled. And you know, empathizing with them, cooperating with them to comprehend what they are facing to find a quick solution, and then offer them the very best service to sell is my way of living my daily life. It's really nice to are a business that is like the way I already do it and I don't need to think about it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy for you to not think about it when it's an integral part of your identity. Reflecting on your time here, what have been some of the most rewarding aspects of being at ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been with you for a good while. However, at the core of that, I'm excited to be here You know, and why is that? You know, I've already mentioned that the people that I collaborate with. It's the best when you're when you're in the classroom. The platform we have, in this area of merchant of record We are the leaders and I have the privilege of working with these amazing individuals in shaping the future of . That's why I'm still here.
