Danica's impact on is evident through her many achievements. She always goes above and beyond to support her team, always willing to assist and impart her knowledge. Her willingness to Seek to understand has helped build strong relationships with her colleagues which has created a cooperative and supportive work atmosphere. And when faced with challenges, Danica has a drive to Act in a hurry, taking the initiative to find solutions that make sure that her projects. Our Vice President for People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber has sat in (virtually) to chat with Danica about her recognition and experience in the office .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You are Our Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Tell me, what does it mean for you to be awarded the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is really satisfying and be really heartwarming to realize that I tried to put a lot of myself and my unique personality into my work every day. It was also nice to realize that people had seen it, and was greeted and appreciated positively and not just not only because of achieving a set amount, which was how I might have been identified, or other workplaces I've worked at, but because of the person that I am and the things I've accomplished outside of just one dedicated number. It was really nice to be recognized as a person. It was incredibly touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome and definitely deserved. And one thing I am fascinated by is for you to talk about certain highlights like the stories you heard, but more specifically, the work that you completed on the benchmarking program has been praised by some people. Tell us more about that?

Danica Larsen:Yes, I put in so much work and I'm thrilled to be recognized. I'm sure I was a little bit surprised to discover that benchmarking was among the initiatives which was mentioned, I think, because it's in the beginning stages of the process, and there's a lot more work to be completed. And I'm super jazzed that everyone is thrilled about the initiative. It's going to offer an incredible amount of value. I hope it will bring so many benefits, not only for us as a company however, for our clients, sellers, as well. And we'll help in an ideal world give an insight into the best ways to grow in the long term, which we've observed works in the long run as a successful idea. So seeing that called out in the initial phase of like beta stages was really exciting, since it indicates that others are seeing the benefits also.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our corporate values to include: Be Different Learn to understand and Act With Urgency. I'm curious about what you think about the new values.

Danica Larsen: What they encompass is doing the right thing as well as understanding what doing is the proper thing. So actually investigating, digging into that, and acting quickly and making a decision. And I genuinely can stand to this every single day... And when I look around at the others who are part of on the Support Team as well is a sign they are living the ideals with our customers and also with buyers, every day. They're in the front of the field, seeking understanding and acting swiftly, as part of if they cannot perform those tasks. As business, no one will continue to work with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What tips would you give to those on the other side ? Do you think anyone would want to follow these values? What advice do you have about how you can make them manifest?

Danica Larsen: The only thing I have is my perspective. say that I only speak from my point of view. The most important factor is to be as attentive as possible. While working with diverse accounts, the corporations selling, the customers, anyone whom we're working with understanding their needs, and what's driving the true motivation behind it, this determines what we need to be doing and how we ought to be acting. And that's the "seeking understanding"; you can't achieve it without being attentive. This is my pro tip number one simply to be listening to others.
