The video below I'm going to show you how to automate your membership website so that, when a user purchases an item, they're removed from the Membership Level and transferred to another level. Coming up.

All right. Now, I'm using my own website. I'm going to come over here to Member. To begin, head to my dashboard , and look at the membership levels I have. So right now I have the free audio. So that's the Membership Level I have. So we need to add an additional Membership Level. Click here to click the plus icon and call this VIP. Okay, we'll call it our membership level.

Okay, I'm going back to "Levels." Okay. What we need now is that when somebody purchases "free audio" they will join this membership. Now let's visit WooCommerce and have a look at our offerings. This is why I'm clicking here to go to "All Products." OK, so these are the products. So I just need to add one more product known as Free Audio. This is why I'm clicking the button Add New. Let's pretend that this is a free I mean, this is an audiobook.

So I'm just going to show up here and tell you that it's no cost audio, and that the price here is zero dollars , or pounds, whatever currency you have in your country. After that, I'm clicking "Publish." OK I'm all set. So we have our products and also our membership level. Let's go over to check out our "Automations" and get the whole thing up. So over here on Automator, I'm going to select "All Recipes" to show all of your "Automations" which you've got in your site.

Remember "Automations" are referred to in this software as recipes. If I now hit"Add New", I'll be able to declare that I am logged in and registered. We'll call this the "My Automations". Of course, you'll want to give this an appropriate name. We'll come over here now to WooCommerce. This is because we'd like to see when people buy the product. So we're going to come over here to "Product" and our product here is going to be our free audio book.

Notice that the items that show here are the items that were added in WooCommerce. If you do not add your products that they will not appear on this page. It's crucial to set the item and your membership level the following year by clicking "Save." OK Now, what should be taken when someone purchases this audiobook for free? Next, we're going to go to this page and select "Add Action." So first of all, I'm coming over to my account and would like to delete them from, let's say, a membership level.

We'll pretend this user was on, lets say an elite membership level. So are we going to be able to save this? What it is now is when the user purchase the book for free, they get exiled from the membership level VIP. We'll create another option to this page and then say Let's go ahead and join them on a Membership level. This Membership Level is going to be added to You can leave it here on the levels you want or enter and say right, I want the user to add them to the no-cost Audio Membership Level, click Save.

So if you're going perform this by hand, this will take a considerable amount of time as you would have to do every single step in every single person. Therefore, this can be very challenging. In this manner can make it simple. And if you want if you'd like to redirect users to a particular web page, then go ahead now and select this and add the link which you'd like to redirect the users to. However, we're not planning to do that.

There are other actions you can add here. Click on "Add Action" and then tell yourself, "Okay I'm sure you're thinking, I want to enroll in a course as well. So if you come over here, you could sign up for a course. Be aware that you have to developed the course in the first place. That is how you can select this course. For example, let's say "Email marketing class." It's the only course I have on this site.

We have the web design course as well. If you want to sign them up for the web design course, you can just make that happen here. So as you can observe, we are able to add endless "Automations" here based on what we really desire to occur when someone buys the free audio book. This is an excellent integration, and I would highly suggest using it. If you're looking to incorporate an action to your website which basically boosts it.

And this just takes out all the guesswork or even the time you're going to have to spend pushing the buttons around on your membership website.
